Our guidelines
- Original work only. Not published anywhere else, including your own blog.
- Evidence-based. Support claims with trusted sources such as the WHO, NHS, NIH, national guidelines, and peer-reviewed research. Link to them.
- Plain language. Write for everyday readers. Explain medical terms.
- Balanced and responsible. No exaggerated claims, miracle cures, or advice to stop prescribed treatment.
- Include when to see a doctor. Every health article should guide readers on when to seek professional help.
- Length. 1,000 to 2,000 words.
- AI use. AI tools may assist, but the article must be written, fact-checked, and approved by you. Undisclosed AI-generated content will not be accepted.
- Links. One relevant author link is allowed. We do not accept links to supplements, unproven treatments, online pharmacies, gambling, adult, or loan websites.
